I had a very pleasant experience at the good feet store. My representative Jessica was very pleasant and inviting. She knew exactly what she was doing and was detailed and thorough. She explained everything in it's entirety. I would definitely recommend you give her a try.

Good Feet is always good to me!
Today I worked with Jessica while exchanging a pair of orthotics that had gone flat. She patiently worked with me to refit everything and made sure my steps were pain-free. She even brought in her manager to double-check that the options she suggested were the right fit for me.
To top it off, exchanges are included—there was no cost to me at all. Honestly, even if they charged a modest restocking fee, I would still return.
Please don’t ever change your products or your customer service. Thanks again for your help, Jessica!

I’m a customer for life. The improvement in my knee and back pain is truly amazing, it’s completely gone! I keep bringing friends and family because it genuinely works. Logan and Jessica are both phenomenal. They take the time to answer every question without ever making you feel pressured. If you’re feeling unsure, you can trust that they’ll make you feel comfortable and at ease every step of the way.

I honestly don't know where to start. I was truly sceptical that this store would be able to help me. I have a heel spur and am heavy set so I've been hobbling in agony for several years now and it's gotten worse and worse over time. Because I favoured my right side, I developed sciatica in my right hip. Gradually I've become more and more bound to my couch because the pain of walking is so extreme and with less walking and activity I out on more weight making the issue worse. Being in chronic pain has made me exhausted constantly. In the mornings I literally couldn't walk for about ten minutes after waking. I'm writing this review within minutes of leaving The Good Feet Store in tears because it's the first time in over a decade I am walking pain free.
Upon arriving we were greeted and served by Jessica and I have to say Jessica is genuinely one of the kindest people I've ever met. You can absolutely tell she gets so much joy from helping people feel better. She was patient and understanding and I never felt rushed or like I was an inconvenience. She took time to explain everything even when I didn't understand the system right away. She answered my questions and addressed my concerns in a kind and genuine manner. She made me feel seen and understood and I am so grateful that she was the person who took care of us.
I have tried orthotics without feeling any relief and honestly I'm still crying from the relief of not being in pain at last.
I never realised just how many activities I've been avoiding because of the pain, and now I feel like I could actually go for a walk.....for fun!
Several doctor visits all resulted in nothing more than being told to lose weight which is a really tall order when you struggle walking from your bed to the bathroom and can't exercise. I truly felt like an invalid and I am absolutely incredulous that in one visit I'm walking out almost completely pain free.
If you, like I was, are sceptical, all I can do is encourage you to take a leap of faith. You don't have to buy....just go and have a consultation and see if they can help you because I honestly cannot believe it took me this long to try.
Thank you Jessica for your incredible service, kindness and compassion. Jessica honestly looked so happy for me! And she nearly cried when I started crying. And thank you so much as always to my hubby for convincing me to go (he's been trying to get me there for at least a couple of years!) and for giving me the gift of joy in walking once again.

My wife has a lot of pain in her legs and back so I thought maybe this would help. The first time she walked down the aisle she said she noticed a difference a the pain was less. The young lady that was taking care of us was great. Can't wait to see my wife being able to go and not hurt.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
