Extremely rude staff. They did not receive my prescription from my doctor. So I tried to confirm with them what their fax number was, and all the lady would tell me is 'We do not give that information out'. My doctor only sends fax prescriptions. It is ridiculous the protocol I have to go through just to make sure a pharmacy has received my prescription in the format they want it and exactly how they expect to read it. Such a hassle. Its like I have to be a supervisor just to get simple medication. Looks like I'll be taking my business somewhere where they can make it easy on me.

They are working so hard in this pharmacy, but they took some time today to help us figure out our insurance. They saved us money while making us feel heard and cared for. I’m so glad we get all of our prescriptions through them. Because of COVID, they’ve been short-staffed a few times, which means it has taken a little longer to get our prescriptions. However, I’d rather it take a little longer because that means they’re taking the time to make sure there aren’t any mistakes or problems.
