    They are working so hard in this pharmacy, but they took some time today to help us figure out our insurance. They saved us money while making us feel heard and cared for. I’m so glad we get all of our prescriptions through them. Because of COVID, they’ve been short-staffed a few times, which means it has taken a little longer to get our prescriptions. However, I’d rather it take a little longer because that means they’re taking the time to make sure there aren’t any mistakes or problems.

    The vast majority of my visits here are pretty quick, and the staff is always friendly. I've been using them since this Kroger opened and they're just as good as other chain grocery store pharmacies in the area. They get backed up or slow every once in a while but it hasn't been a consistent thing and never been an issue for me! I was surprised to see a low rating on here -- I don't think they deserve it!

    The drive-thru pharmacy is consistently bad; this last time, I waited 12 minutes at the window before anyone acknowledged me - and three different techs looked right at me. My prescriptions are always filled accurately, but the customer service is sub-par. I would go elsewhere in a heartbeat if it wasn’t for the Kroger fuel point rewards.
