  I have had the best experiences with the new Madison Pharmacy. I have to visit the pharmacy often and it’s always a great experience now. Laurel and the pharmacy team are always so friendly and helpful. I have had issues with some generics and Laurel has been great to work with me to make sure that I get the right medications that work for me. They have all also been great about helping me to find the best prices for my medications. Sometimes my insurance does not give me the best price. I don’t even have to ask. They just check it. The customer service at this pharmacy is the very best. No one wants to have to go to a pharmacy often, but when you do, it really helps to have a team that works with you and truly cares about the service that they provide. This is one team that does a great job at making their customers feel valuable. Thank you Kroger Pharmacy Team for always being there and meeting me with a smile and a willingness to help.
