He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Alabama and his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry at UAB. Dr. Allen has practiced dentistry in Madison, Alabama for over 30 years. He is an active member of the American Dental Association and the Alabama Dental Association. He is married to Dr. Cindy Rees Allen. They have three sons and one daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching Alabama football.

I love every single one of those ladies and Dr. Dale! I have never had an issue with Dr. Dale's procedures, I have had fillings, and they even give me goody bags and samples of toothpastes, etc. Professional demeanor, always clean, good music, and they even let you pick which TV station to watch in your room while you wait! Everyone is always bright and smiling every time I go. Will never go anywhere else. Thank you Dr. Dale!
