  They have been out of my psych meds for 4 days. I admit I got snippy but again I have been WITHOUT MY PSYCH MEDS FOR 4 DAYS. The older man in white coat yelled stating that "I CAN PUT THEM BACK!" Sir. There is a reason I am on psych meds. If you people are going to work in a medical field have a little compassion and knowledge for how people react when they have been without their medicine for 4 days. Most of these medicines should not be missed for hours let alone days.

  The worst pharmacy experience I ever had. There is zero knowledge of customer service in this location. Young gentlemen answered my call and was absolutely rude and abrupt, did not want to hear what was the issue, kept on interrupting me, when finally I asked for a pharmacy manager he said he was the manager… WOW!!! Pharmacy Manager talk to a customers like that? It is a shame for a Kroger to have a managers who does not know how to talk to people. Needless to say I pulled my business from them. Unfortunately, I am sure this so called manager do not care how many customers Kroger will lose because of his attitude, but I just know for sure I do not need to deal with this. I hope Kroger can address this issue so he is not going to make difficult for others.
