Therapy Achievements

Therapy Achievements provides outpatient physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services to people with physical, cognitive, or visual limits. We offer programs for: • Neuro Rehab for people with central nervous system disorders such as stroke, brain injury, Parkinson's Disease, and MS • Lymph Rehab for people with lymphatic, skin or tissue disorders such as lymphedema, lipedema, burns and wounds • Driving Rehab to help people drive safely using risk reduction strategies, adaptive driving equipment, or a driving retirement plan We have clinics in Huntsville and Decatur, AL and we are in-network with most healthcare providers.
