  I usually have a normal experience here not bad and not the best. I scheduled an appointment to ensure I was in and out in order to get my kids to school on time. The waiting area was packed so I checked in and told the kiosk that I would wait outside in the store for the text. I got the text and was back literally in a minute and they skipped over me to the next person and made me wait another 20 minutes. When they finally called me back I told the lady I was here in literally a minute and she said well I have to keep the line moving. Dude it gave me the option to wait on a text and I was literally back in 1 minute. This is ridiculous!!

  Came in with my daughter because they have a sign that says "Kids welcome. Please keep your children safe by ensuring that they're closely supervised at all times. Thank you." And was turned away because my daughter was with me and I had to reschedule another appointment once i was able to find someone to watch her for me. Wasted my time sitting in the lobby for an hour and each nurse saw her with me and waited until my name was called to inform me that they couldn't accept me while she was with me.

  Courtney did an amazing job with my blood work appointment. she was very patient and I did not even feel the needle. I would give her 100 stars if I could!

  Great experience here today. Had an appointment and was right on time. Cecelia was great with my nervous son. The blood work was a breeze.

  It is usually very hard for people to get my blood, and I usually pass out. But at this facility, they listened when I requested to lay down. I had no complications. I definitely recommend this facility.
