  Terrible experience at this dentist office. Staff was rude and unreasonable. My mom had a 12pm appointment, and I stepped out briefly after paperwork was done. When I returned, they'd rescheduled her appointment claiming I wasn't present and it was past her appointment time. I wasn't told I had to stay. I was coming back for her anyways. Fast forward to the new appointment - we arrived 20 minutes early, waited 10 minutes past her scheduled time, and were told they'd be running 30 minutes behind. Unbelievable, especially since they rescheduled due to being past schedule initially. Won't be back.

  This morning was one of the worst dental experiences I’ve ever had. Due to a vascular issue, I couldn’t be put under general anesthesia. So I had to do my extraction fully conscience. After I was numb, the doctor came in, laid me down, and put a bite block in my mouth. I said, “hold on one second” because I wanted to ask a clarification question, just to make sure we were all on the same page before we started. He replied, “no” and HELD ME DOWN by the shoulders as if I was trying to escape the chair? And immediately went in with the pliers and started yanking. The second the tooth was out, he said “that’s it” and ran out of the room. So I wasn’t able to confront him about it. After that I got out of there as quickly as possible. The rest of the staff I had no issues with. However, If you have ANY dental related anxiety, I would strongly recommend going to someone who has more sympathy for the patient. I certainly will not return.

  I recently had a few extractions at this office! I have to say this was the absolute best dental experience I have ever had! From reception, consult and actual procedure! Dr Kamelchuk and staff are amazing!!! Would recommend to anyone!

  i got my wisdom teeth out today! they got it done in about thirty minutes. cried the whole way home (out of confusion from anesthesia) and had no pain! very easy to make appointments with and overall super nice :)). they made sure i also had all of the right aftercare!

  I highly recommend Maxillofacial Surgery Center of Huntsville! Dr Kamelchuk is a great surgeon and his staff are the best. They took great care of me. There was ZERO pain. The results were a blessing. And perhaps best of all, they worked diligently with my insurance to make sure everything was pre-approved, covered to the maximum, and there were no hidden charges. I can tell you from experience that sloppy insurance work, apathetic attitudes and hidden charges can happen in this particular industry. A couple of years ago, another place cost me over $1000.00 more out of pocket for the exact same services with the exact same insurance! I knew better, but simply couldn't make them understand. "That's just how it is", they said.😖 I remembered it when faced with the same dental situation, and decided to give Dr. Kamelchuk and staff a try. Thankfully they were very conscientious and did their jobs well, and there were no problems this time around. Thank you all very much! Don't take the chance. Insist on using Maxillofacial Surgery Center.
