I changed insurance that doesn't cover Krog et s for some reason, and krogers is still cheaper. No problems for my husband and I.
- SWStuart WaughFeb 29, 20241.0Did not offer a generic version of my prescription even though one was available and I told them I couldn't afford the asking price of the name brand ($300). Had to leave and do my own research then come back and ask for generic. Paid $15.
- RSR SheltonMar 4, 20222.0This is a very basic service pharmacy. If you are expecting a modern full-service pharmacy look elsewhere. For example, when the pharmacy staff are working on a prescription - for example, trying to get a prior authorization, they do not inform you. I recently submitted a refill request using the Kroger Pharmacy website. After I heard nothing for several days, I called and they said that they were waiting on my physician to complete a prior authorization. This is even though I have always paid out of pocket using the Goodrx app. There are also often panhandlers in the parking lot. The prices are good on most medications, if you use Goodrx.
