I visited the store for the second time today looking for glasses and was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service during both visits. The store was not busy, yet I was never proactively offered assistance. Instead, the employees appeared more focused on chatting with each other and playing on their phones than helping customers. During my first visit, there were multiple employees present, and after walking around the store for some time, I had to ask for help. The only information I was given was about a promotion (15% off if you buy two frames and they could be done in about two weeks). When I asked for recommendations and guidance on choosing frames, I was told it was “subjective,” and the conversation ended. The employees then turned back to talking amongst themselves and using their phones. I returned four days later after my first visit hoping for a better experience, but I wasn’t even greeted upon entering. When I asked for help locating frames I had tried on previously, an employee simply pointed them out and offered no further assistance. Again, the staff seemed more interested in socializing and being on their phones than engaging with customers. Having worked in retail myself, I was shocked by the repeated lack of engagement—especially in a store like this, where customers typically need guidance. After two visits, I still don’t know whether the listed prices include lenses, or what the purchasing process looks like etc. It’s disappointing because the store itself is very clean and well maintained, but the level of customer service does not match the brand’s reputation.

I wish I had the same experience as James. The shop is beautiful and clean and well staffed. I approached an associate to assist me. I asked for her to suggest 3 frames for me. She helped me towards one pair and then asked if I intended to make a purchase that day. I said no and she simply walked off. This was just after Christmas. There was enough staff for them to cluster together so it’s not like they were too busy to help. I do intend to purchase glasses but I do like to shop. I was excited to be in WP and see the available frames as I’d seen them online. The shop has a wonderful reputation and the one pair she guided me to was beautiful but I was dumbstruck by the way I was just left holding a frame. I thought she had gone to get another option for me but then realized she had engaged with her associates and their phones and I was no longer of interest.

Kristina and crew were great! She picked out a few different frames that she thought would suit me and was totally honest about each. It wasn’t until I put on the frames that I was to ultimately settle on, that it was clear on her face that they were the ones. And I agreed! Felt very well taken care of and the whole process was a breeze!

Just a terrible place to have this retail store IMO Terrible Handicap Parking I had to walk over half a mile plus fell once trying to find this store I was informed had been open over 1 year yet it is NOT on ANY of the Directories throughout BridgeStreet . The Very nice Sales lady named Jessica was very nice but one HUGE issue there is absolutely no place for anyone that has to use a cane to walk to even sit . Just look at the pictures of inside the store . No , only two stools that I seen & I was able to use one of the two . They need to be more Handicapped ♿️ accessible . I hope my glasses arrive when told they will but if something needs adjustment I will have to find someone to drive me there park closer if possible and may have to use wheelchair. BridgeStreet is in no way at all Handicapped Friendly . Warby Parker needs to be put on EVERY Directory information places I could have found it much sooner. I also fell going back to where I had to park .
