She looked up my prescription and handed me a fresh contact for both eyes. She did not charge me for the contacts. I was willing to pay but she said no charge. I am so thankful for her and Targets willingness to help me out.

As both workers were trying to help another customer with his insurance issue, they were simultaneously helping me with my purchase. Unfortunately, the other customers insurance was not in the target optical network. The employees still went out of their way to find where that customer could go with his insurance and complete his purchase. Besides helping me with my issue and going above and beyond they also went above and beyond for that other customer which is definitely not in their job description.. I will definitely keep coming to this target optical.
