StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Huntsville offers one on one assisted stretching and group stretch classes in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer drop-in or monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our innovative group stretches offer a unique way for members to reach their flexibility goals. Group stretches can be purchased individually or as a monthly membership.

- RSRoberta SilvaMay 13, 20245.0I have been a client since mid December. I was having difficulty standing up straight, my lower back constantly ached and radiated pain to the sciatic nerve. I also had an issue with my shoulder as well. Since I have a degree in therapeutic massage it seemed logical to me to address the affects of aging. Anyway my first flexologist did a good job but was apprehensive to do anything that might cause discomfort, so I did not benefit from my sessions nearly as I have with Alex. She has similar background in massage therapy and is more intuitive than my previous flexologist. I remember when I first started my massage practice years ago, I was reluctant to treat my clients in a manner that would give the result we were trying to accomplish, because for a few minutes it might be uncomfortable and even slightly painful. Alex and I communicate very well and I feel totally confident in her abilities to achieve the desired outcome and that is increased range of motion and less pain. Since my sessions with Alex began the number of days I wake up feeling no pain and just the occasional spasm is a win-win for me. Thank you for the positive outcome from my sessions with you Alex, I feel so much better. ❤️ Today I saw Alison and OMG she is great at what she does. Alex is on vacation and put me on Alison's schedule. After our initial conversation about my issues she immediately started working shortly into the session I could feel tightness melting away. I have one more session with Alex before she leaves, but would gladly love it if Alison will add me to her schedule. Words cannot begin to express how it feels to be able have increased range of motion sans pain. Thank you Alex and Alison.
