    Completely satisfying customer experience. Had my 1st annual follow up since purchasing my hearing aids. As lifetime support is included in the original purchase price, I assumed it would be a wham, bam, thank you ma’am experience. Nothing could have been farther from the truth. I was assisted for more than an hour (actual time with Mr. Knapp. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes). Mr. Knapp administered a thorough hearing exam. He educated me on my ears and hearing difficulties. He tuned my hearing aids to match the changes in my hearing since my last visit and he cleaned my hearing devices. Best product support I have seen in many years (and included for the life of the product!)

    My husband had his hearing tested and we purchased his hearing aids from Miracle-Ear. We are very pleased with the professionalism of Diane Wilhite especially. She was very helpful and patient with my husband.
