Matt was exceptional. He walked me through a number of options, made sure I was aware of promotional options, and assisted me in a proper fitting. I was very happy with my frame selection, and I look forward to purchasing again.

I wish it was possible to give this place half a star, my exam was completely rushed through and my prescription they gave me was entirely incorrect. Worst eye doctor I’ve ever been to and I’ve been going to appointments once a year the past 15 years. They also told me I probably had glaucoma and needed to see a specialist, then never called me with the ophthalmologist like they said they would. Thank goodness I got a second opinion because when I questioned if I was a little young for glaucoma Dr Collins cut me off and said “not necessarily” with absolutely no other explanation. Idk if this is how this office normally works or if the doctor had a bad day, but I won’t ever be back to find out. I recommend going elsewhere. I will say the sales associate who showed me glasses afterward was extremely kind and great. At the same time though it’s great I held off on getting glasses as I was given the WRONG prescription. 0/10

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
