Sometimes items are on back order but that is the case with most pharmacies and global drug shortages. Every pickup they always ask “do you have any questions about your prescription?” This is the patient’s opportunity to participate in their health. Use your voice! Happy for the convenience of auto-refill, managing my account through the app, and picking up prescriptions while grocery shopping.
