I didn’t say anything offensive; I just stayed that the sign outside should state that they are in fact still open if you walk inside. When I went inside and notified the pharmacist, she said “sorry” with zero affect, clearly not bothered at all. I said I’d be moving my business to another company, and would be filling out a review, not that anyone seemed to care. As a customer service professional myself, I can tell you this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received.
