  Dr. Tibbs and his team are wonderful. I started coming in several years ago with a little spot on the bottom of my foot that turned into a massive mess. Dr. Tibbs saved my foot! As a diabetic I will never let anyone touch my feet but Dr. Tibbs! He has treated me for many broken toes and both feet broken at different times, ingrown toenails, bunion and bunionet surgery and everything else in between. Dr. Tibbs is very caring, straightforward and very personable. I wish all my doctors had such a good personality and hands on manner about their patients. I’m always in and out in a very timely manner. I always enjoy chatting with everyone at my appointments. Dr.Behmer has treated my son who really loves both doctors! My son had to take me to many of my appointments because I couldn’t drive with my feet messed up. So he really got to know both doctors. Dr. Behmer is really down to earth and personable too.

  I recently had a hammertoe procedure done on 4 toes at once by Dr. Randal Tibbs and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very first consultation, Dr. Tibbs took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely at ease about the process. The procedure itself went smoothly, no anesthesia ,only Valium and numbing the area that was being worked on. The care I received before, during, and after surgery was exceptional. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available to answer my questions. Dr. Tibbs was attentive and truly cared about my comfort and recovery. I’m now post-op and already seeing improvement — minimal pain, straightened swollen toes (trust the process) I highly recommend Dr. Tibbs to anyone dealing with foot issues.

The staff is outstanding, friendly, professional, and truly dedicated to patient care. They make every visit smooth and stress-free, and their attention to detail ensures nothing is overlooked. Dr. Tibbs is everything you could want in a physician: highly skilled, compassionate, and thorough. He took time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained every step of my care, and made me feel completely confident in the process. I am still recovering, but by closely following the directions provided by Dr. Tibbs and his staff, my healing has been an absolute breeze compared to my past experience. Their expertise and genuine concern for my well-being have made this journey so much easier than I ever expected. If you are searching for exceptional foot care, I cannot recommend Dr. Tibbs and the Huntsville Podiatry Center PC team enough.   When you arrive at the intersection on Governors Drive and turn left, you can turn into either driveway on the right immediately following that left turn and park in spots marked Huntsville Podiatry. I was confused at first. The building appears pretty old from the outside but the staff and the DR were 100% wonderful. Performing surgery on my ingrown toenail was completely painless!!!
