- KBKeisha B.Nov 5, 20255.0I had the most amazing experience today at Heaven's Hideaway! The name describes this spa perfectly. As soon as I stepped foot in the door, I felt at peace. Arkesha, one of the owners (found this out later) greeted me and checked me in for my services. While waiting I had the opportunity to inquire about their other offferings that I was unfamiliar with. She answered each of my questions so thoroughly and was friendly throughout our entire interaction. I hadn't even received a treatment at this point and mentally was like, "Here...take all of my money! Well, when this shutdown ends anyway." Now for the services: I chose two for this initial visit- an ionic foot detox and a massage. This was my first foot detox. My feelings varied from "This is kinda cool" to "Okay, I'm a little creeped out." Lol. The clear water starts to change colors as your body detoxes. There's a chart that shows you what each color means. Arkesha also explained it to me at the conclusion of the service. The room itself was very peaceful and I enjoyed the serenity of it all. The second service was the massage. Netra, Netra, Netra! She is truly operating in her gift and has the sweetest spirit! Hands down, no pun intended, this was the best massage I've ever had in life. I can't even find the words to accurately describe how great I felt during the massage. I just know that I wanted it to last forever. The tranquil setting really helped me feel at ease and allowed me to free my mind. Volanda, the other owner, checked me out. She inquired about the quality of the services and seemed to really care that I left the establishment on a positive note. She was very friendly as well. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this establishment. They understand customer service and take pride in providing quality experiences and it shows. I'm so happy I found this piece of heaven and will definitely be back!
