  I am very greatful for the care that my brother receives from the caregivers at Chase. Im a very involved family member thats very particular about things being done with precision and excellence. The staff is friendly, personable and ensure he is comfortable and accomodated. I have even left a message after hours and received a timely response! Thank you Dasia for your wonderful demeanor, kindness, knowledge and leadership of your team - you are an asset to your company and a gem!!! O've asked a lot of questions and each time you've been patient and wonderful to me. My family and I are eternally grateful for all you do, and thebteam, to keep things positive and professional.

  Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I’m considered a hard stick and there is always someone there to take care of me.

  I was a patient at Chase for five years and from day one they've treated me with kindness and cared about my well being. I became so close to Deja, Jabria, and Diamond that they became my cousin and nieces. Wade, Monica, Tia, Sylvia, Marisol, all have nicknames given by me. There's not a staff member there that I didn't like and I trusted them all with my life. I 100% recommend this clinic to any new dialysis patient because once you walk through that door you become family.

  This is the worst dialysis center I've ever been to. There's only a select few techs that are cool.

  I wish I could rate it a zero, this clinic is absolutely disgusting on the way they care for patients. It seems like the techs know more than the nurses who seem like they for there degree from Walmart. I actually praise 3/8 techs who actually do there job well. Both nurses seem like there confused all the time. They gave an old man a piece of paper to sign instead of giving him saline cause he was cramping with low blood pressure. A paper that the transplant team review to see if there gonna give a kidney to that person. It’s shameful and this clinic is dysfunctional and confused. They will hire almost anyone.
