  This is the only clinic I've been to that seems to care about their patients all the way through-- the doctors, the therapists, and the front desk always are extremely courteous and considerate. Concerns you voice are taken seriously, and your input is considered regarding your own treatment. I don't want to name any one person, because legitimately, everyone here has been extremely good to me. I'd recommend them.

  I attended two separate sessions at this clinic and I say with the utmost sincerity. Do not go here. I visited through the va and still was billed $515 per session. The sessions themselves were falsely cited as “psychotherapy” and “psychiatric consult”. My provider was not a licensed physician only an LPC (licensed professional counselor) which are not allowed to perform psychiatric diagnoses. Not only was I massively overcharged the front desk staff were openly rude and the provider asked me at one point during my second session “what do you even need me for?”. Please give your time and money to people that actually want to see you get better.

  I have been on a waiting list to see a doctor for 4 months. While I never got to actually speak with any of the doctors in this practice, I was able to speak with the scheduling staff which were not helpful. As I stated above I had been referred from my general doctor and been waiting for my appointment for 4 months. I got a text the morning of my appointment canceling my appointment, I called instantly and was told my paperwork had to be scanned and uploaded to their system (which isn't a problem I was just never told to do so) I had all the paper work printed and filled out and told her I would send it over right away but my appointment had already been filled. So I waited 4 months for a appointment they filled within 1 minute. The next time the could see me is 3 months from now. Overall wait time for mental health 7 months?! Do not recommend.
