Do not come over here thinking that since its a new owner it will be better service. They are unable to keep appointment times and the np seemed bothered by the fact she had to deal with a patient

Awful experience. I was referred by another doctor that is out due to health issues. I was told by staff and nursing ahead of time that he would be able to help. He was not helpful at. Quite rude to be honest. This was a total waste of time!
I arrived to the front desk with a wounded finger due to a knife cut; I was bleeding profusely. Front desk was empty, 3 persons ahead of me.
Finally the woman shows up, drinking and eating. I mentioned I was bleeding, didn’t even acknowledge me. The other people had to tell her if she hadn’t noticed, my hand was dripping with blood.
If there’s no empathy or customer service , WHY do you take on a healthcare job???
"Please remain holding and we will be with you shortly." The lie detector determined THAT was a lie. I have been calling for 1 hour and 44 minutes and no one has answered. The option to leave a message is also a lie, and thexall drops every 6 minutes.

“Now open” might as well be “now closed.”
1st time- I had a boil bigger than mount everest, & I had surgery coming. The boil was right where part of the surgery (the was 5 days away.) my gymo said get it lanced and start antibiotics to block infection spreading during my surgery. The man flat out said “I don’t think I can numb it.” Excuse me?!! So what did he do? He gave me a prescription for percocets. Just free nilly - I was in there to lose infection, not gain pain meds. Needless to say, those were never picked up from the pharmacy.
My 2nd, and absolutely the last, visit was yesterday. I went in because I have double ear infections, and I was in excruciating pain down both sides of my neck where I ended up crying from sitting up, made it worse. This time it was a younger woman. She took less than a second on each ear. She never checked my throat, my lymph nodes, all, ALL she did was peep in the ear. Didn’t even listen to my breathing. I was in so much pain (no, I didn’t want big boy pain meds.) I kept asking if they could just numb down my neck. All she did was give me a shot in the butt, I will say that shot helped for four hours.
My point is- they’re just there to be there. Equipment is already got full blown cuts in the tables, stained ceilings, and staff who is incompetent. They’re not thorough, they just want to mark that they had patients.
Never again. I ended up screaming last night in pain. Guess who has strep?
