I had to call the office several times back-to-back with questions, and Christina was incredibly patient each time. She never sounded rushed or irritated and handled every call with calmness, kindness, and professionalism. Her consistency and grace made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and reassuring. Shay, the lab technician, also stood out in the best way. She was gentle, respectful, and attentive, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process. Her demeanor reflected compassion, humility, and genuine care—qualities that speak volumes about a person’s character without needing to say a word. Both Christina and Shay exemplify what excellent customer service and human decency look like in a healthcare setting. They made a lasting impression, and Doleys Pain Management is fortunate to have them representing the practice.

The doctors and physical therapist here have been compassionate and understanding, while working with me to control pain while helping me to have better range of motion and how to properly move with limited feeling in one leg. It is very disheartening to have so many aspects of life change due to pain and circumstances beyond our control, but they have helped give me hope & are diligently working to improve my quality of life. The office staff up front and the nurses are spectacular as well! They are always so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

We specialize in treating various types of non-cancer chronic pain. While we do not provide acute pain care, we manage conditions such as chronic low back pain, neck pain, arm and leg pain, herniated discs, arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, headaches, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD or CRPS), diabetic neuropathy, joint pain, pelvic pain, and abdominal pain, among others.
