I feel comfortable talking with her. It’s like I’m talking to a friend. Her presence at the Doley’s Clinic has been what keeps me coming back. It would not be the same without her there.

It affects your family and everything you do in your life. I have been a patient at the Doleys Clinic for a little more than 7 years. I have always received Amazing Care from the doctors there. Dr. Doleys is an Amazing, Caring, Compassionate doctor. That has an abundance of resources to the best medical doctors in Alabama. I am truly blessed to have such a Great Team at the Doleys Clinic taking care of me.

It is bad enough having a morphine pump rule your life to help with my pain. It still doesn’t fix my problems but it at least allows me to get up. And from Dr Doley all the way to the reception everyone seems happy to be there and to help you with your pain needs. Thank you staff for all you do for me!!!

We recommend confirming your specific coverage with your insurance provider. We also accept self-pay patients on a fee-for-service basis. We specialize in treating various types of non-cancer chronic pain. While we do not provide acute pain care, we manage conditions such as chronic low back pain, neck pain, arm and leg pain, herniated discs, arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, headaches, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD or CRPS), diabetic neuropathy, joint pain, pelvic pain, and abdominal pain, among others.

New patients will receive a mailed letter detailing the intake process, scheduled appointment dates, and an estimated out-of-pocket cost based on insurance review. After receiving this letter, you may contact us by phone to confirm your appointment dates and times if you wish to proceed.
