I had to call the office several times back-to-back with questions, and Christina was incredibly patient each time. She never sounded rushed or irritated and handled every call with calmness, kindness, and professionalism. Her consistency and grace made what could have been a stressful situation feel manageable and reassuring. Shay, the lab technician, also stood out in the best way. She was gentle, respectful, and attentive, taking the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood the process. Her demeanor reflected compassion, humility, and genuine care—qualities that speak volumes about a person’s character without needing to say a word. Both Christina and Shay exemplify what excellent customer service and human decency look like in a healthcare setting. We specialize in treating various types of non-cancer chronic pain. While we do not provide acute pain care, we manage conditions such as chronic low back pain, neck pain, arm and leg pain, herniated discs, arthritis, fibromyalgia, migraines, headaches, reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD or CRPS), diabetic neuropathy, joint pain, pelvic pain, and abdominal pain, among others.

New patients will receive a mailed letter detailing the intake process, scheduled appointment dates, and an estimated out-of-pocket cost based on insurance review. After receiving this letter, you may contact us by phone to confirm your appointment dates and times if you wish to proceed.
