I live more than an hour away from the store but was in town and checked with the store to see if my glasses were in. I spoke with Josh who let me know they were in route and should arrive that day and they would rush their part. I checked in again and Josh told me my glasses would be ready by closing. I arrived with Josh waiting to fit my glasses. I so appreciate the team rushing my glasses and working so hard to get them ready while I was in town. Josh was so patient and helpful and made my day.
