  There is no point in scheduling an appointment here. I scheduled an appointment, arrived 20 minutes early, was taken back 30 minutes after my appointment time, and then told I would have to wait an additional 2-4 hours to see the doctor for a DOT physical. Needless to say, even though the staff was very nice, I will not be going back to this location.

  Horrible experience. Over a two hour wait after appointment time for a doctor to sign off on a physical form. Do not come here. Extremely poorly managed clinic.

  I went in as a walk-in. Office operates efficiently. The doctor was knowledgeable and took her time. I would visit again.

  This place is scamming me. I had to go in for an emergency right around Christmas when I was in town visiting family. They took my insurance and charged me my copay, which I paid in full. They then gave me the wrong diagnosis and prescription. I ended up in the emergency room the day after christmas. Now they are telling me they will charge me hundreds of dollars on my credit card because they filed my insurance paperwork incorrectly. They refuse to fix it. They gave me an email address for a patient advocate to contact, who apparently is fake, because that email has been unresponsive for months.

  So impressed. I was visiting the area and needed to be seen. From the online appointment and the completion of paperwork there was almost no wait. From the Front Desk to the Nurse and Dr. Drake, it was smooth professional. Would definitely recommend…. Especially Dr. Drake! the best!
