- ARAmy RNov 15, 20251.0YOU have the SORRIEST most WORTHLESS Pharmacy in Hartselle, Alabama - I’ve been processing my prescriptions ONLINE for the last month and when I try to pick them up they’re NEVER ready, and the people who are working there DO NOT know what “online” means My online status should 5-6 prescriptions “in progress” with a due date of 11/14 by 8am” and yet I had NOTHING to pick up when I got there and, honestly, Joyce, the pharmacist had NO clue and acted like it was BOTHERING her to even talk to me - DO better - TRAIN better or SHUT IT DOWN because ABSOLUTELY NO ONE there cares - video and phone records of wait times available on request

Once I came back I was looked at as a burden to the staff and waited for another 15 minute in person. Anyone who has work or depends on schedule time this place is not for you

One guy told me all my prescriptions were ready. When I drive 50 minutes to get there I find out that the one I need is not ready nor was it ever ready! They have to order it. The lady with glasses and blonde hair said it was order would be here by 2 the next day. Well come to find out it lol as NEVER ordered nor is there at 2 the following day. They could order it and it be here Monday. If it wasn’t ordered before and isn’t here the first time why would I believe it to be there the second time? I’m transferring everything because this is the 5th time it’s happened. The management is awful! They always have a turn around and I know why now! They need to actually teach the employees about the job that needs to be done! Worst Kroger pharmacy I have ever dealt with.
