  Update: she just called me & told me she would refund me the money if I take this post down. Luckily my bank has already disputed it as fraud. I could not believe how I was just spoken to on the phone with Colleen. My card was charged $130 for a free consultation that I have today in the afternoon. I called the company & Colleen picked up. She told me that on the phone yesterday we changed it to an in person hour intake. Which I don’t remember ever agreeing to, I truly thought she meant an in person consultation (which I’ve done at another office before) when I told her I misunderstood her, She told me that I didn’t & that she was very clear. She spoke over me & literally gas lit me & kept saying that I didn’t misunderstand her or I didn’t misinterpret her. She was very rude & her demeanor, her behavior was not okay in any line of customer service let alone someone I’m trying to get help from.. this woman should not be a therapist, should not be helping people with mental health if she can so easily speak to someone so harshly & demeaning because something inconvenienced her. In fact, I think Colleen needs therapy more than any of us for talking to a stranger like that. Just wanted to share my experience so no one experiences what I had to. Note: no finances, prices, or charges were brought up while on the phone yesterday regarding what I thought was my consultation. If I had known that an hour therapy session would cost me $130 every time, I wouldn’t have been able to see her anyways. I have insurance & will only pay my copay of $50. So it truly seems like she knew what she was doing in manipulated me to do in person so she can make her money. It’s unfortunate people like Colleen are in this field of work.

  Was apprehensive about doing "counseling" or "therapy"....never thought it was for me. But Colleen took away any anxiety I may have had right away. Very professional, but also super caring and insightful. She worked around my schedule and has been available anytime I needed anything. Highly recommend.
