- THTim HardenOct 31, 20255.0I experienced a malfunction of one of my hearing aids while vacationing in Gulf Shores. To resolve the issue, I contacted the Baldwin Hearing Center. From my initial contact to the final repair, I received extremely professional and friendly service. I was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. The check-in process was very simple and I was afforded great personal service from the front desk staff person. She was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. During my appointment, it was determined that I needed a new part. Missy Webb diagnosed the issue promptly and replaced the defective part while I waited. She answered all of my questions (e.g. future technology changes) and gave me as much time as I needed. I highly recommend the Baldwin Hearing Center for its great customer service and professional team! Thank you! Tim Harden
