  This is the best pharmacy around. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. They remember who you are when they see you. I have been to the larger pharmacies and you are just another number. I usually go through the drive through and the line moves quick. I have been in the store a few times and they are very attentive.

  ENT doctor recommended this pharmacy and another pharmacy. I tried this pharmacy as it was convenient. The staff wasn’t friendly. No one greeted me. Red flag and should have opted not to do business here. The compound spray I received is ineffective. It’s watered down. You can’t even smell the medicine. I’ve had this same compound made at another pharmacy and it worked. I’m so disappointed. I honestly, feel they did it on purpose because I wasn’t wanted in their establishment.

  I had been a customer here for a decade. I’m talking every prescription, every flu shot, every Covid vaccine for 10 years. Last week I had to get a couple of prescriptions transferred over to another pharmacy in a different city because I am taking care of my sick father and couldn’t make it to J&J by the time I needed my refill. I still had one remaining prescription with the pharmacy and called today to get it refilled. The lady who answered the phone, who was really quite rude, said they would not refill my prescription because my whole profile needed to be transferred there. I told her I had been a customer there for 10 years. Then she started saying that they couldn’t get the medicine even though I’ve been getting it there for 10 years. I told her that was really disappointing and her response was “That’s the world we live in.” I have never been treated so poorly by a business that I’ve patronized for an entire decade.

  What not to love. The staff is wonderful. They wait on you immediately. They know you by name. The place is amazing!!
