  Very negative experience. I have been bringing my daughter here for years and she has cavities that need surgery, but they have given me the run around for scheduling and did not have the professional courtesy to give me other options. Meanwhile the dental exam was over 3-4 months ago…still no appt. This is all after they were told that my daughter is in SEVERE pain everyday and bleeding gums. Literally no effort on their part what so ever. No communication— I’ve had to hound them down to find out the dental surgeon n they use is on maternity leave. Very poor experience. I’d never recommend them to anyone. Dental issues is nothing to sit around and just wait on but these people are awful. If I could give 0 stars I would!

  We’ve had a great experience with this office. The staff is compassionate and kind to the children and parents. Dr. Padma constantly checked in with my daughter during her treatment to make sure she was comfortable. Both the doctor and staff were patient with me as they answered all my questions.

  We love the entire staff. They explain everything they need to do before doing it. They are patient with my child who has dental anxiety and they don’t force fluoride if you choose not to do it. No complaints!

  We were patients and my children absolutely loved their previous dentist, Dr. Nicrosi, who was always gentle, patient, and made their visits positive. When corporate changes happened and she left, no one informed us ahead of time, so my kids were devastated to arrive and find her gone without any notice or chance to say goodbye. Because of the poor communication about such a major change and the decline in our overall experience, we’ve decided to leave and find a new pediatric dentist.

  Excellent staff. The Dentist was so caring. My daughter loved them
