  Treated great, fell and had sore ribs. Everyone was so nice and understanding.The radiologist was kind and made me feel at ease.

  I gave them 2 insurance cards and she still asked for a debit card. I don't have a debit card, so they wouldn't see me. I have cash but she didn't give me that option. Everybody doesn't have debit cards. Poor business

  My appointment today was amazing. The staff was amazing. I had several questions about what I was in for, and they answered all of them and helped me better understand everything.

  Walk-in’s here are usually very convenient. Unless there is a full area, the wait can be up to 30 minutes max. Staff is usually great about introducing themselves and listening to concerns, but this time the nurse practitioner, who I didn’t know was a nurse practitioner during my visit, didn’t introduce herself and it made the process a little more confusing because I did not know how to address her and she only came in—did a few checks, and said I had an ear infection. I asked her about a chemical smell coming from the discharge in my eyes and she simply said she didn’t know what that was, twice, and it seemed she was done examining me, I didn’t really have any more questions. The visit was no more than four minutes long. One rushed visit does not change the way that I feel about this location, but I think it could’ve gone so much better like other times.

  I was referred to go to an urgent care due to my drs office being closed. I let the lady at the desk and nurse know my dr was concerned I had pneumonia and wanted me to have a chest X-ray. The dr said she couldn’t just do that I asked if she could if she thought I needed it. She listened to my chest and stomach was concerned about my stomach and encouraged me to go to the emergency room. Where I didn’t get seen for over 2 1/2 hrs. I left because I was miserable. Next day get chest X-ray at my dr and I have pneumonia. Very thankful I got a definitive answer.
