  If your child has a disability, and has a fear of the dentist pls don’t bring them here. On 2/25 I took my son who has Autism and non verbal. The hygienist was not friendly at all and she looked and acted like she didn’t want to tend to my son. My child struggles with the unknown so. While the hygienist tried to start the cleaning, I was holdings my sons hands and Unfortunately he got one of his hands loose and hit the hygienist. I apologized right away and she dropped the tools and did not perform the cleaning and she stated “that’s it, the doctor will be right with you” The doctor Michael Homes came and I started crying due to frustration and feeling like my son was being missed treated so I asked the hygienist to step away and her words were “HE HIT ME” mind you my son is 6 years old. But again I apologized the moment it happened. I shared that our last visit with them was also a nightmare due to the very extended wait and my son not doing well with waiting and Dr Michael Holmes replied with “well why are you here then” made me feel even worst. He took like a less the 5 seconds look at my son and did nothing else. Didn’t even examine his teeth. Then before walking out he said “I’m a pediatric provider, good luck getting him into another provider” which is very unprofessional. Needless to say I will never ever bring my son back there ever again. Then they also billed insurance for services that were not even rendered . Now I have to pay out of pocket at a new dentist in April because I do not wait to wait 6 months since what I needed addressed was not even addressed.. let some the cleaning wasn’t done and barely and exam.

  My son had an appointment a little over a week ago and had the best experience! My child is hardcore adhd and dentist has always been a struggle. He did amazing at this visit thanks to staff! From check in to check out I have zero complaints! The front desk staff greets you with a smile. The back walked him through what they were doing as to not scare him, the dentist was so gentle and did not push him or rush through the appointment! I recommend using them! I am now moving my older child!
