  We have been to other urgent care facilities in our area who were rude, had long waiting times, and didn't seem clean. But, American Family Care was a great experience. Every single person we dealt with was very kind and helpful and the place was clean, well kept, and nicely designed. It felt like we were getting quality care. The provider we saw was truly concerned and was easy to talk to. She didn't rush us and asked if she could call us the next day to check on our son (the patient). We will definitely use American Family Care in the future!

  X-ray staff was not compassionate or patient. I had a difficult time trying to straighten my broken arm, shivering in pain, openly crying. The staff member appeared untrained. I was released to have more x-rays at the ER, because this urgent care couldn't get a good read their own.

  The excellent work by the staff and the doctor (Dr. Phillip Smith) far exceeded my expectations. Fast, friendly and very helpful, I was feeling better later that day. Thanks fro your Care. I appreciate you all !!!

  They were quick and efficient. Clean office setting. The lady doctor who saw my daughter was very nice. She was thorough and listened to what we had to say. She also asked to speak to my daughter privately to offer help or support with anything she may want to keep private. Which I thought was awesome. Some kids aren’t comfortable talking about STD’s, pregnancy, and other hard subjects like that. So I love that she offered that. But they’re always great!
