  Very pushy with getting a pro membership. I walked in for one item, I barely shop there, and they were adamant about me buying the pro membership. I had to tell them no 10 times and keep explaining to them why I don’t need it. I barely shop at the store. I guess they get some kind of kick back because from it. I don’t want to walk in there ever again if that’s how it’s going to be.

  Now- I’m not pleased to be posting this bad review . Mainly because I have in the past had good experiences with the staff members . However this all changed when a promotion wasn’t honored . The demeanor and lack of hospitality’ of the manager and employee had drastically changed when I inquired about the buy one get one half off promotion that was not honored on my purchase . “Response from staff , sorry we forgot the fine print has changed from GNC corporate”. “We gave you bad information”. “Refer to the fine print” . Eventually the deal was honored but not until the awkwardness pressed on. My advice buy from Amazon

  I've been in a couple of times. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. The last time I went in, I was on a clear liquid diet and looking to get an Isopure. The empliyee and I spoke a little bit about why I was on the liquid diet, and she showed me a product, Genepro, that really helped me after my surgery. I wish the products were less expensive, which is the reason for the four stars.
