Terrible and will never buy from them again I bought prescription glasses from this establishment - frame is a ray ban . After I received the glasses , the handles were super loose , I went back to the store and they said oh we will just tighten the screws. Ok , sounds like an easy fix. 3 days later, the handles are super loose again. I went back 3 more times over a period of a month and not once did they mention a 30 day replacement. Eventually , I got fed up, it was day 37 after I bought the glasses and asked them to replace the frame. They point at a sign that says 30 days to replace. So they made me go back and forth so many times until the 30 days were done so they can tell me I’m out of luck. The glasses were several hundred dollars and the workmanship is terrible. They did tell me to call Ray ban warranty - thanks a lot. How about you stand behind your product and not wait until after 30 days to tell me no return. They could have told me you know, since you have been here so many times let’s make it right and replace the frame. Now trying to deal with warranty who want me to send them the frame with no lenses ! Sure sounds like my specialty at home to take lenses off. Lens crafters Foley is not the place to go. Save your money and go to Terrazza up the road.

Dr. Cook with Friendly Eyes is knowledgeable and thorough. His receptionist is warm and friendly. I will continue to be a patient, definitely recommend! Victoria at LensCrafters made ordering my new glasses a breeze! She answered all of my questions and was very accommodating.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
