I subscribed to Planet Fitness on sale in January 2024, but my bank was charged over the amount I agreed to. Now, they are demanding that I pay $200 plus a cancellation fee. I have only been to the gym twice due to health issues. I am extremely dissatisfied with Planet Fitness. They are deceptive and prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. The customer service is inadequate and provides no assistance. If you plan to pay for a subscription that fluctuates monthly and then become trapped unable to cancel, Planet Fitness is the ideal gym for you.

Most people don’t get off until late and wanna workout but can’t because it’s closed at 7 on a Saturday. Come on planet fix your schedule

Members are courteous to one another but the staff are the real stars. Kaleb was very thorough in explaining and touring the facility. Every staff member I encountered was smiling and ready to assist! Thank you PF for a great gym in Foley . Also they had partnered with the the Boys and Girls Club agency to raise and support our local youth! W2Go!
