  I went in on 2/24/26 at 11:30 a m. I asked the female clerk for a specific type of product. She was incredibly helpful. She searched on- line to discover something that would exactly fit my needs. She was friendly, caring and efficient. I am 61 years old and never before have I received such awesome, extremely competent service. She is a credit to the company. Thank you so much.

  I’ve been a GNC pro member for about four years and it used to be something that actually saved you money and they would send you cool supplements to try, but it’s all gone downhill. They don’t give you free supplements anymore. They don’t give you even a free protein shake or pre-workout drink every three months they have literally done away with every cool thing that they used to have that was a perk for getting the pro membership now you spend $40 a year to get the same deal everybody else. Honestly, I’m just gonna start buying my supplements and everything from Walmart or Academy sports because they are literally 20 times better in price GMC used to be something for power lifters nowadays nothing just a scam upon doing some research, I have noticed that vitamin Shoppe offers a very good membership so I will be taking my business there

  THIS PLACE IS ALWAYS CLOSED WHEN IT SAYS IT SHOULD BE OPEN. IVE BEEN WAITING OVER AN HOUR FOR THEM TO RETURN!!!!!! TONNNNS OF PEOPLE HAVE BEEN LINED UP!!!! NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT. TERRIBLE WORK GNC. DO BETTER.

  Never open when it says it will be. Business hours are in fact to be advertised as the store hours should be open. Watching me and other countless times try to come into the store just to locked and having a sign say will return at a specific time and never is. This is one poor excuse of a way to operate a franchise.

  Honestly do not even waste your time going to this location . They have ruined GNC for me. I just order online from the vitamin shoppe now (also cheaper & is delivered within 2 days), because I've been here on 5 separate occasions at normal buisness hours Monday - Saturday at around any time from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm and everytime the door is locked and isn't open when their hours on the door and on Google clearly state they should be open. Today Saturday 12/6/25 at 2:27 p.m. was the last straw for me.. had a sign on the door that read 'will return at 10:00' I sure hope they don't mean P.M....... So just save your time and gas people this location isn't worth either of them.. and im sure the 'owner' will reply to this with their generic 'tHaNkS for yOur'E fEedBaCk' message nothing will change ......
