StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Fairhope offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

Bryce was very knowledgeable in body movement and stretching out all of your joints and muscles. I have a torn rotator cuff and pinched nerves in my neck. He was very cautious with both but still gave them a great stretch!! I'm convinced this facility will be able to give me some good relief.
