StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Fairhope offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

- BTBrian TAug 16, 20255.0I saw Bryce at the Fairhope clinic. This was my first experience using a facility to help me stretch but definitely won't be my last! Bryce was very knowledgeable in body movement and stretching out all of your joints and muscles. I have a torn rotator cuff and pinched nerves in my neck. He was very cautious with both but still gave them a great stretch!! I'm convinced this facility will be able to give me some good relief.

I’m very active with teaching and music movement; but still was suffering with stiffness, lower back ache and my mobility was not what it used to be. I’ve had many therapist here, and they ALL are excellent, but Samantha is my go to therapist. She doesn’t let me get away with anything, and shows and celebrates me when I make any kind of improvement. Today, I can touch my toes AND my back is feeling stronger w/o pain. I’m thankful I gave Stretch Lab the first time.
