- AWAubrey WaidFeb 17, 20265.0If you’ve ever thought about trying a Pure Barre class, do it!! These ladies have truly been one of the biggest blessings. For the first time since high school, I feel confident and strong. My back (which usually hurts) feels stable, and I can’t even begin to describe how much this weekly time has helped my mental health. I have scoliosis and see a chiropractor, and these classes have been incredible for strengthening the small muscles in my back and supporting my spine. My chiropractor has even noticed the progress! I can’t say enough about how amazing this team is. Katie, your joy is contagious, thank you for making me laugh during seat work and helping me forget just how tough it is. Becky, thank you for every correction and for helping me protect the hip I injured in dance. Those are the two instructors I interacted with the most but EVERY instructor brings such encouraging energy and a smiling face that makes early morning workouts something I genuinely look forward to. So thankful for all of you at Pure Barre!! If you're wondering if you should join, DO IT! You won't regret it!
