Even after I wrote a letter LAST YEAR since you can’t cancel over the phone from your app or another store. Made several calls and complaints had to block them from my bank account and now they keep adding dues to my balance every single month. This place is a joke. I haven’t been in YEARS

If it needed a lock they would provide you one if you didn't have your own. This one had neither. They are still on paper format to check-in for black card amenities, so there is NO information privacy. There were not enough cleaning ssupplies/stations near the equipment.
