  Contacted them middle November and never heard back from them. I found it off putting that they charge a $500 annual fee that is not covered by insurance just to be their patient. There have to be better options in the Mobile area for adults.

  Although the reviews are typical of anyone attempting to get an appointment Dr.Westbrook is very direct and took over an hour making sure I felt comfortable with treatment and understood my results . Although I'm diagnosed through a certifying psychologist and psychiatrist I also took the tova . While the initial appointment is expensive, if you have a legitimate diagnosis Dr.Westbrook is very experienced. Call backs and information are handled off site not directly at this location. My suggestion is call the main office in Mobile for an appointment in fairhope. Overall if you want a babysitter or beat around the bush quack..... THIS IS NOT one of them go elsewhere.

  Comically bad experience. I was simply given a TOVA test, which a quick googling will tell you is not a standalone diagnostic tool. I presented a specific, well documented reason why this test may not be accurate in my case. The doctor just said that is all they do and I'll have to go somewhere else. She isnt even a psychiatrist. For 20 minutes of a video game and 3 minutes of face time with an internal medicine doc, I was charged $390.

  Can never get anyone on the phone and none of the dial-by options are the person I need to speak with. Also they increased the reoccurring fees you're required to pay - that alone made me switch to another doctor.
