I visited this clinic on March 28, 2026, and unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist was extremely disappointing.
From the moment I approached the desk, she appeared completely disengaged and lacked basic customer service courtesy. There was no greeting, no professionalism, and her overall demeanor came across as irritated and dismissive.
After being discharged, I noticed that an antibiotic I expected was missing from my discharge paperwork. I returned to the discharge desk to inquire about it. More concerning, during that interaction, she provided incorrect information to my physician regarding that medication. When I attempted to seek clarification, especially given my soft tissue concerns that were clearly explained during intake, she responded with visible annoyance. Her tone and body language made it seem as though my questions were an inconvenience rather than a valid part of my care.
As a patient, I expect clear communication, accuracy, and respect, especially when it involves my health. This experience did not reflect that standard.
Due to this interaction, I will not be returning to this location. I hope management addresses professionalism and patient communication at the front desk, as it sets the tone for the entire patient experience.
