  I got there at 8 am on Easter but they didn't open till 11, so I came back and even though there were 4 people before me, I got in and out very quickly! The staff was friendly & helpful and it was very quick and they got me fixed up.

  It is a very clean place,easy to sign in,the receptionist is very friendly and helpful.The staff is professional, friendly, patient and undestanding, everybody is just really nice to be around especially if you don't feel well.The Doctor was very nice and easy to talk too and very helpful in treating me.

  I have always used AFC but no more. The woman at the front desk needs a class in courtesy. After I got to the back they were great as always BUT if you're sick you don't need the grief that receptionist gives out. I'll go to my GP in Dothan!

  I went in sick asking the Dr to give me meds because my husband was very sick and his Dr gave home antibiotics. Dr. Collin’s said I didn’t need it. She gave me Claritin which I coughed and nostril drain keeping me up all night. I feel worse today than I did yesterday Saturday. I’m very disappointed in the clinic and Dr. Sunday March 29, 2026 I had to come over to Ivy Creek Urgent Care and pay more money. I think something should be did about it. Just disappointed.

  Everything is good minus the 1 hr wait when I booked on line ahead so I wouldn’t have a long wait. Tells me there is no point to rebook just walk in. Also 2nd visit in 2 months and u still have a blood pressure cuff that doesn’t work. It continues to fill while on your arm past 100 and I have to yell at the nurse both times to stop it because it’s literally hurting my arm. Both time now and got a slight bruising from this dam thing fix it. I will not allow it used on me until u have a new one.
