My glasses I have to wait another extra hour because.only one person is ridiculous wait so long. If I imagined that I only make my prescription and go make my glasses in other place. Like Sam club or Walmart

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME, SO I DID NOT MIND WAITING. THE GENTLEMAN YOU HAVE WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOUND TO HELP ME AND WAS VERY NICE. GET MORE HELP OTHER THAN 2 PEOPLE TO WORK LOBBY.

The only problem was my wife and I both turned prescriptions in, but when they were ready, she was the only one to receive a text message for the pick! She was at work and I was home and if I had received a text message, I could have picked them up earlier that day and wouldn’t had to wait the next day for picking them up!
