I had a walk-in. Was able to be seen within 10 minutes. Levi was great. Put my mind at ease and gave me great advice on how to manage my symptoms. All the nurses were very helpful with my child to help keep him calm and entertained while having tests done. Thank you so much for the great experience!
Yes, you will need to check in online. But personally, I prefer that over paperwork & it's not your whole health history so it's fairly quick. These ladies up front & in the back working with one provider were extremely proficient & timely with their questions, paperwork & processes. They were friendly, worked together as a good team, & had me in to see the provider in very good time & out in good time (like within prob 45 min). The provider Emily I believe, took her time with me & I did not feel rushed. She was wonderful & pleasant. I will definitely be using this office if I need urgent care in the future.
Oh! They also are a VA urgent care provider and as of the first visit, they seemed to take care of all that. We'll see if the VA does "Their" part.

I have been having shoulder pain for two weeks and decided to come back to this clinic for help. My wait time was good, bedside manner was excellent. They have this clinic running like a well oiled machine. Extremely professional & staff were so patient and sweet. I actually had a blast during X-ray which made me forget about my pain from time to time! Also, the X-ray exam was quick along with the administering of a much needed shot. I love the attentiveness of the DR and their staff-they treat you with respect. I will use them again and I highly recommend you give them a try, they are very reliable.
Everyone was nice-but I have a real problem with the receptionist getting a paycheck when all she does is tell us to check in online & then Sit back & do NOTHING to help the other people in the seats who are struggling to do it electronically. Not everyone has that capability especially the elderly!!! I also have a problem with the nurse telling us they verified our pharmacy was open & sent the prescriptions electronically only for us to go to pick it up & find that the pharmacy is CLOSED!!! We call them & sat on hold for 10 minutes!!!! 10 minutes!! For what?!? Does it take the receptionist THAT long to tell people to “figure it out” on your phone? What is she getting paid for?!? When we FINALLY get them, they transfer it to another pharmacy, we are told that one of the prescriptions will be $600 WITH insurance?!? And there is no generic?!? What is going on?!? This is ridiculous!!!!!

The staff here were extremely caring, compassionate and very understanding. The facility was extremely clean. I would highly recommend American Family Care to anyone.
