- AHalexis hicksJul 29, 20241.0No communication! They barely answer the phones. You have to leave several voicemails for them to call you back. Cancel appointments the day of that have been scheduled weeks in advance . I don’t believe a patient should have to go through that much trouble just to be seen by a doctor. They can’t fill a medication that i’ve been on for the last year because i need to be seen first and they don’t have any appts open until next week. I asked so i’m supposed to go through withdrawals and she said yes! I called back and canceled me and my son’s appointments! We will not be back! That place is a joke!
