- KOKatie OwenNov 14, 20251.0Terrible place. Don’t go here!! I went in and waited over 15 minutes for the blonde up front to get done with her phone conversation to even acknowledge me. She was on her phone the entire time and treated me as an inconvenience just trying to sign up for a membership. The entire time I was there she was on her phone and I saw her ignoring several other members as well. She was loudly speaking about inappropriate things and talking badly about members of the gym to where everyone could hear and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I don’t want to go somewhere where I’m going to be treated so poorly. There were other staff members who were kind when speaking to me, but I highly recommend going somewhere else as this woman completely ruined my experience.

In the middle of my shower within 2mins the water went dead cold. The massage chairs are a mystery, I advise chair #1. Do better Cullman Alabama. Very disappointed.
