Very pleasant, good communication, and extremely informative. Glasses purchasing has also been great (in person and online) and I am thrilled with how well the switch to progressive lenses has gone, and WP deserves a lot of the credit. I couldn't recommend more fully.

I purchased glasses and contacts went in last year in December 2025 for this. This is now month March 2026 still no resolution with what was supposed to be corrected. I’ve called into customer service about the last order of February glasses not being corrected went in for additional exam and correction for lenses and frames and still not sent correctly. I was refunded fully for my glasses purchase and offered a complimentary pair of glasses with special lenses due to my prescription. However the first pair I received lenses came extremely thick additional pair I just received today lenses same way and I am still unable to see out of the glasses. I’ve sent pics of the glasses to the review team still no response from the resolution department. At this point I am totally unsure as to what can be taken place as I’ve tried several Times to get this matter clarified. I will attach pics this time as well to show difference in the frames lenses and how they were sent. They have this awful fishy smell.
