From the moment I walked in for my shoulder pain, the entire clinic staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring—it made a stressful situation feel so much easier. Dr. Martin took the time to thoroughly diagnose my shoulder condition, listening patiently to all of my concerns and asking thoughtful questions to get the full picture. He explained everything in detail, in a way that was easy to understand, and never rushed through appointments. What impressed me most was his conservative approach—he suggested highly effective non-surgical options (physical therapy, injections, and lifestyle adjustments) that significantly reduced my pain before we even discussed surgery. It felt like he truly had my best interests at heart. He also treated my elderly mother for her shoulder issues, and his kindness toward her was heartwarming. He was patient, compassionate, and made sure she felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. The front desk, nurses, and the rest of the staff were just as wonderful—efficient, friendly, and always ready to help with scheduling or questions. The whole experience, from check-in to follow-ups, was outstanding. If you're dealing with shoulder problems or any orthopedic issues, I highly recommend Dr. Michael G. Martin.
