Mariam was my instructor for my first class here. She was wonderful & I love that they offer a free trail for your first class to try it to see if you like it &, safe to say, I loved it! It was a great workout & the atmosphere is nice as well as welcoming.

I was visiting from Texas and attended a morning 8:30am class during my layover in Birmingham on my way to the Smoky Mountains. Nancy and the instructor Shelby were professional and friendly. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. The class was thorough and just the right level of difficulty to kickstart my day! ☀️
